Welcome to Finder Auto Parts RD. By accessing and using our website (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the website and services provided by Finder Auto Parts RD, including but not limited to inventory management, product promotion, and subscription services.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Finder Auto Parts RD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
The User agrees to use the Platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner in accordance with these Terms. It is strictly prohibited to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the Platform or the experience of other Users.
- Upload, post, or transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
The Platform may offer subscription-based services. By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges associated with that service. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms of Use.
4. Payments and Renewals
All payments for subscription services must be made through the payment methods provided on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to promptly update such information if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to subscription services if we are unable to process your payment or if you fail to make timely payments.
Subscription services will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal by accessing your account settings on the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Finder Auto Parts RD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Finder Auto Parts RD.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Finder Auto Parts RD, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms of Use.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Finder Auto Parts RD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Dominican Republic to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform.
